Northern Beaches
Window cleaning across Northern Beaches
The Northern Beaches is home. We are based in Elanora Heights, ten minutes from Newport and twenty from Palm Beach, and most of our window cleaning is within half an hour of the base. That means we can fit jobs around the weather, come back quickly if something needs a touch-up, and know which streets need the small van.
Glass on the beaches has three enemies. Salt arrives on every onshore wind and dries into a grey film that hardens if it is left. Sand blows into window and door tracks, where it grinds the rollers and scratches anything wiped across it. And on the bush side, from Allambie Heights to Duffys Forest, pollen, sap and spider webs coat the glass and clog the fly screens.
Ocean side, Pittwater side and the bush
Homes on the ocean beaches, from Queenscliff and Curl Curl to Collaroy, Mona Vale and Whale Beach, need their outside glass cleaned every two to three months to stay clear. The Pittwater side, from Bayview and Church Point to Clareville and the western side of Palm Beach, gets less direct spray but more glare off the water, and the afternoon sun shows every mark.
Inland suburbs like Belrose, Frenchs Forest, Davidson and Terrey Hills are about trees and dust rather than salt. Windows there go grey from pollen and leaf dust, and fly screens need washing as often as the glass.
Architect homes and big glass
The peninsula has a lot of architect-designed homes with walls of glass, stacker doors and frameless balustrades, often on steep blocks. We clean them with a water-fed pole and deionised water outside, so upper panes are reached from the ground and dry without spots, and by hand inside with the edges detailed.
Holiday homes and rentals
Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Avalon and North Narrabeen have plenty of second homes and holiday rentals. We can clean with nobody home, between guests or before summer, and send photos when we finish.

How we clean windows

Nathan is punctual, knowledgeable, polite and left our place neat and tidy.
Step 01 of 04
Walk the glass
We look at every window first for scratches, failing seals, coating damage and hard water etching, and tell you what a clean won't fix.

He was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly as promised.
Step 02 of 04
Outside with pure water
A soft brush on the water-fed pole lifts salt and dust while deionised water rinses it away, frames and sills included.

Great work, fair pricing, and excellent communication.
Step 03 of 04
Inside by hand
Inside glass is washed and squeegeed, edges detailed with microfibre, and drips caught before they reach your floors.

Excellent service! Nathan is punctual and nothing is a problem.
Step 04 of 04
Screens and tracks, then a check
Tracks are vacuumed and wiped, screens washed and refitted, and we check every pane against the light before we leave.

Nathan is punctual, knowledgeable, polite and left our place neat and tidy. We will certainly be calling him back on a regular basis and can highly recommend him.
Nathan provided a reliable and professional property maintenance. Great work, fair pricing, and excellent communication. Highly recommend!
Nathan did a great job washing the external sides of our house. The weatherboard was dirty and had cobwebs. Nathan went above and beyond our expectations, the house was perfectly clean and all the cobwebs were gone.
