Eastern Suburbs
Window cleaning across Eastern Suburbs
The Eastern Suburbs have some of the most valuable glass in Sydney: walls of it facing the harbour in Point Piper, Vaucluse and Darling Point, cliff-top homes in Dover Heights and Bronte facing straight out to sea, and Victorian terraces in Paddington and Woollahra with original sash windows.
The east is around 50 to 60 minutes from our base, so we plan jobs here carefully: parking, access and start times are agreed before the day, and the crew is kept small. Many homes have house managers who book and let us in, and we never use photos of a client's home without written permission.
Two coastlines
Harbour-side homes deal with humidity and salt mist, which leaves a damp film on the glass. Ocean-side homes from Watsons Bay to Bronte take direct salt spray in an easterly, and that glass usually needs cleaning twice as often. We set the schedule to suit which side you are on.
Frameless glass and bronze joinery
Frameless balustrades, bronze and powder-coated joinery, and limestone or travertine sills are common. We clean glass with pure water and soft brushes, avoid blades on coated glass, and keep cleaning solutions off stone that etches.
Terraces and village shops
Paddington and Woollahra terraces often have rear windows reached only through the house; we protect floors on the way through. Village shopfronts in Double Bay and on Queen Street can be cleaned on a regular schedule before trading.

Suburbs
Window cleaning by suburb
Every suburb has its own page, with what we see on the glass there.
- Bellevue HillBellevue Hill sits on the ridge above Rose Bay and Double Bay, with large homes behind walls and gates along Victoria Road, Bellevue Road and Cranbrook Road.
- BronteBronte sits around Bronte Beach and park, with homes on steep streets and some of the most sought-after ocean views in Sydney.
- Darling PointDarling Point is a small harbour peninsula, with Darling Point Road running past historic mansions, sandstone walls and apartment towers down to McKell Park.
- Double BayDouble Bay centres on the village around Cross Street and Knox Street, with Steyne Park and the harbour at the bottom of the hill.
- Dover HeightsDover Heights runs along the cliff top between Vaucluse and North Bondi, with Military Road and Hunter Street leading to rows of modern homes facing the Tasman Sea.
- PaddingtonPaddington is one of Sydney's best-preserved Victorian terrace suburbs, with terraces from Oxford Street down to Rushcutters Bay, iron lace balconies and sandstone sills.
- Point PiperPoint Piper is a small peninsula between Rose Bay and Double Bay, with Wolseley Road along its spine.
- Rose BayRose Bay runs from the harbour foreshore along New South Head Road past Lyne Park and the ferry wharf, up to the golf course and the hill.
- TamaramaTamarama is one of Sydney's smallest suburbs, a steep valley of architectural homes above its own small beach.
- VaucluseVaucluse covers the headland between the harbour beaches at Nielsen Park and Parsley Bay and the ocean cliffs near The Gap.
- Watsons BayWatsons Bay is a former fishing village near South Head, with old fishermen's cottages beside large new homes and Camp Cove nearby.
- WoollahraWoollahra is a heritage suburb of Victorian terraces, Federation homes and grand houses around Queen Street and the leafy streets near Centennial Park.

How we clean windows

Nathan is punctual, knowledgeable, polite and left our place neat and tidy.
Step 01 of 04
Walk the glass
We look at every window first for scratches, failing seals, coating damage and hard water etching, and tell you what a clean won't fix.

He was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly as promised.
Step 02 of 04
Outside with pure water
A soft brush on the water-fed pole lifts salt and dust while deionised water rinses it away, frames and sills included.

Great work, fair pricing, and excellent communication.
Step 03 of 04
Inside by hand
Inside glass is washed and squeegeed, edges detailed with microfibre, and drips caught before they reach your floors.

Excellent service! Nathan is punctual and nothing is a problem.
Step 04 of 04
Screens and tracks, then a check
Tracks are vacuumed and wiped, screens washed and refitted, and we check every pane against the light before we leave.

Nathan did a great job washing the external sides of our house. The weatherboard was dirty and had cobwebs. Nathan went above and beyond our expectations, the house was perfectly clean and all the cobwebs were gone.
