Do you clean shared pool fences and lobby glass?
Yes. Common-area glass can be set on a regular schedule.
Do you provide insurance and safety documents?
Yes. Certificates of currency and safe work method statements are available for strata managers.
How long does an apartment take?
Usually an hour or two, depending on the number of windows and balconies.
Can you clean the outside of my apartment windows?
If they open onto a balcony or can be reached from inside, yes. Fixed high-rise glass that needs rope access is outside our scope.
How often should ocean-facing windows be cleaned?
Every two to three months. Harbour-side homes usually need it every three to four months.
How do you handle parking?
We agree parking and access before the day and keep the van and crew small.
