What strata window cleaning with us looks like

Apartment glass is awkward to clean yourself. The outside of a fixed window can't be reached from inside, balcony glass faces a drop, and nobody wants to drag a bucket through the lounge room. In a building, the common areas have their own glass: entry doors, lobby windows, stairwell glass and pool fencing that nobody is responsible for until the strata manager books it.

We clean apartments and townhouses for owners and tenants, and common-area glass for strata managers and building committees. Balcony glass and windows are cleaned from inside the unit and from the balcony. Lower-level outside glass is reached from the ground with the water-fed pole and pure water, so it dries clear. Entry doors, lobbies, stairwells and shared pool fences are cleaned by hand.

For buildings, we work with the strata or building manager on access, notices to residents, lift bookings and timing, and we can clean the whole building on one day with residents booking their own unit inside. We don't do rope access, so glass on high-rise facades that can't be reached from balconies is outside our scope, and we say so at the quote.
