How we approach commercial and strata

Shopfronts, offices, medical rooms, cafes and apartment buildings need their glass on a schedule rather than when someone notices. We clean low and mid-rise buildings across the beaches, the North Shore and the east, from street level, balconies and walkways.

For strata we work with the building or strata manager on access, notices and timing. For businesses we can start before you open or after you close, so customers never walk past a ladder.

What is included

Most commercial and strata clients book a schedule. A cafe on the beachfront might want the front glass done weekly; a medical practice in a village strip monthly; an apartment building's common areas quarterly, with residents booking their own units on the same day. You get a fixed price per visit, the same day each time where we can manage it, and invoices that suit how you pay, per visit or monthly.

Why it matters

A regular service costs less than a catch-up clean, and it looks after the building. Salt and hard water left on glass and aluminium for months does damage that a monthly or quarterly clean prevents.
